The service may provide text, image, video, and audio generation through third-party models or infrastructure. Features, models, output options, processing time, and availability may change.

Credits are a limited contractual right to submit eligible generation requests; they are not currency, property, or transferable value. The current request cost should be displayed before submission. Credits may be deducted when a request is accepted for processing and automatically returned when the system records a failed or rejected generation.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and with content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, publication decisions, required permissions, disclosures, and compliance with intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws.

4. Prohibited NSFW and Sexual Content

NSFW content is strictly prohibited. You may not request, upload, generate, edit, store, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual services, or content primarily intended for sexual arousal.

Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor is prohibited without exception, including fictional, illustrated, animated, manipulated, age-ambiguous, or “barely legal” content. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism, sexual deepfakes, incest, bestiality, trafficking, grooming, or coercive sexual content is also prohibited.

We may block prompts, reject generations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report apparent child sexual abuse material or other unlawful conduct to relevant authorities or organizations. Attempts to evade filters or disguise prohibited requests are violations of these Terms.

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or violent conduct.
• Content that exploits people, facilitates abuse, or meaningfully enables wrongdoing.
• Impersonation, non-consensual deepfakes, or misleading representations of real people.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized system access, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety measures, access restrictions, rate limits, or payment systems.

6. Inputs, Outputs, and Intellectual Property

Inputs, Outputs, and Intellectual Property details

You retain rights you hold in lawful input content. You grant the service and necessary providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform inputs solely to operate, secure, and support the requested service.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or ineligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. We do not guarantee ownership, originality, non-infringement, factual accuracy, or suitability. Review outputs before use.

7. Purchases and Refunds

Prices, credit amounts, and checkout totals are shown at purchase. Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that outputs will be accurate, lawful, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
